My character for TAO is an enigmatic man named Khopesh, who is named after the sickle-sword of the same name used by the ancient Egyptians.
A former member of the Legion of Swords, Khopesh is constantly looking for the woman he loves, a young woman named Hope. However, a curse has distorted his appearance into the mental image of himself, and he is constantly haunted by a hallucination called the "Fire Witch", who influences him to do morally dubious things and is a representation of Khopesh's hopelessness. Through the power of magic, Khopesh can use the nozzle on his gas mask face to make a holographic projection of Hope, which he uses as a motivator to keep him moving forward. He acts as the anti-hero of TAO, or at least that's the intention.
So, what do you think of him?
