Shueisha Inc. (株式会社集英社, Kabushiki Kaisha Shūeisha, lit. "Shueisha Publishing Co., Ltd.") is a major publisher in Japan. It is a subsidiary of the Hitotsubashi Group (which also owns Hakusensha and Shogakukan). The company was founded in 1925 as the entertainment-related publishing division of Japanese publisher Shogakukan. The following year Shueisha became a separate, independent company. Magazines published by Shueisha include shōnen magazines Weekly Shōnen Jump, Jump SQ, and V Jump, and seinen magazines Weekly Young Jump, Grand Jump and Ultra Jump. They also publish other (non-manga) magazines, including Non-no. Shueisha, along with Shogakukan and Hakusensha, own Viz Media, which publishes manga from both companies in the United States. It is headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo.

Shōnen Jump+, the online spinoff of the Jump magazines, launched on September 22, 2014, the magazine operates as a free mobile app and website. A global spinoff of Shōnen Jump+ called MANGA Plus was launched on January 28, 2019. On May 30, 2023, Shueisha announced it would be launching a vertical scrolling manga app called Jump Toon in 2024.
