Red Storm (레드스톰) is a manhwa written by Noh Cyungchan and illustrated by Ahm Hyun.
Plot
A mysterious man suddenly appears in the desert separating the East and West Continents. A young boy, Yulian Provoke from the Pareia tribe finds this man, and brings him to his village. Turns out the man is an incredibly strong and amazing individual, and he begins to teach the young boy fighting skills.
The manga follows the young boy as he grows to a man and gains considerable strength and takes on the Warriors ceremony which is the most prestigious of trials.
As the future leader of his people he decides he needs to unite all the peoples of his home region and begins by creating his own army division called 'Red Storm.'
