Owari no Seraph (終わりのセラフ, Seraph of the end) is a Japanese manga written by Takaya Kagami, illustrated by Yamato Yamamoto and storyboard by Daisuke Furuya. The manga has been serialized in Jump Square magazine by Shueisha since September 2012, with individual chapters collected into two tankōbon volumes as of May 2, 2013. On October 7, 2013, Weekly Shonen Jump added the series to its digital magazine lineup. [1]

An anime adaptation by WIT STUDIO was announced on August 28, 2014. FUNimation then licensed it in English and began playing the subtitled episodes the same day they were released in Japan. A few weeks after the episodes began airing, episodes dubbed in English were released as well. The first cour of the anime aired in Japan from April 4, 2015 to June 20, 2015. The second cour of the anime aired from October 10, 2015 to December 26, 2015.

PlotEdit

Set in the near future, in a world where humans have to fend against vampires. Having lost everything during one such attack, Yūichirō Hyakuya aims to join a specialized military squad for the sake of revenge, even as more unnatural things begin to occur.
