The series was adapted into a 13-episode anime in 2003 by OB Planning, and broadcasted on TV Tokyo from April 5 to June 28, 2003, and was licensed by Geneon in 2004.

Plot[]

Though seemingly unconnected, the characters in HUMAN CROSSING all have something in common. They are dealing with lessons in everyday life. Set in modern-day Japan, this compilation of short stories explores the lives of people of a wide angle, while expressing the range of emotions, while tapping into the dramatic potential of reality. Ultimately, however, the film suggests that perhaps there is an interconnectedness between people that binds even the most disparate strangers together.
