biohazard 0 (生化危機0) is a manhua series published in 2003 by SkyWalker Comics in Hong Kong and Taiwan. It is six books in length, and has little relation to Resident Evil Zero, the game it was published to coincide with.

biohazard 0 features the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team investigation of the murders in the Arklay Mountains. Several team members are dropped onto a train which refuses to stop; the three discover it is an Umbrella train transporting prisoners. Distracted by S.T.A.R.S., the prisoners break out, but are killed when running into a trap. One prisoner, Billy, escapes death by staying alongside the new S.T.A.R.S. rookie, Rebecca as one of the guard's grenades goes off. The explosion triggers the release of the T-virus, which goes on to infect the guards' and prisoners' corpses, reanimating them as zombies.

The two escape the train as it derails, with a mentally-unstable Billy gaining the power to fire Ki blasts thanks to a viral infection. They walk into the "Death Castle" (死神古堡) and are attacked by a group of leather-clad vampire dominatrixes in a bondage dungeon. Umbrella sends in a special forces team to apprehend S.T.A.R.S. when they receive word that some successfully entered the mansion. It is revealed by an on-site executive that Billy is the husband of the mutat Lisa (Resident Evil's "Lisa Trevor"), the owner of the house; he had the two taken away so Umbrella could acquire their assets.

Billy fights Umbrella's special forces and Tom - another mutated prisoner - in the underground, culminating in the release of a powerful winged vampire, which manages to defeat Tom. Billy is killed by Umbrella as Rebecca escapes. She wakes up in a bedroom the following morning and calls out to S.T.A.R.S. on her radio as a helicopter flies over.
