Binbō-gami ga! (貧乏神が!?, lit. "God of Poverty!") is a Japanese comedy manga by Yoshiaki Sukeno. An anime adaptation by Sunrise began airing in Japan from July 4, 2012.

PlotEdit

Ichiko Sakura is a 16-year old, happy-go lucky who is full of Happiness Energy. She absorbs her energy from her other surroundings, which disrupts the energy balance of the world. Because of this, Momiji, a poverty god plans to target Ichiko and take her power away in order to restore the energy balance of the world by possessing her.
